The Property Information Project The Property Information Project is an independent research organisation started in 1995. It has been providing property research services and regular market commentaries since then, on all aspects of the property market but with special emphasis on the retail sector.   Much of our output focuses on investment performance. We undertake regular and one-off research assignments and reviews, and these have been published continuously for over a decade. We rarely publish under our own name, but our clients under their own brands have issued over 100 of our periodic reports. We provide a readily available, confidential and reliable outsource.
